Nurses In Charge, Inc. (NIC) is a faith-based nonprofit organization founded by a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Nyempu M. Karmue-Hall, with the purpose to strengthen, sustain, and elevate the nursing and midwifery profession worldwide. NIC was birthed in response to the growing emotional, professional, and spiritual challenges facing nurses and midwives, and the urgent need for a unified platform that both amplifies their voices and equips them to lead with purpose.
